I placed an order for several products on November 22nd, and it indicated that my order had been shipped. However, when I reached out for an update on the delivery, I was informed that the items were actually sold out and could not be fulfilled. They suggested I choose a different scent from the regular options, which I am not interested in. If they were truly out of stock at the time of my order, I should not have been able to complete the purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied with how I have been treated and will not be placing any more orders.
