I have sent two e-mails to customer support, none of which has received a reply.You are also lying on you webpage. By Swedish law, the customer is obliged to pay Swedish tax if using a transport agent (as opposed to personally walk through customs). Your claim that everything is fine and legal is simply wrong.2 stars is because it did in fact pass th customs without inspection. I guess I was lucky. this was 1st and last time I use this service.Update: I was contacted and received a voucher for the same amount of the product not delivered (3 out of 4 items was correct), thus upgrading from 2 to 4 stars, leaving the 5th out due to the misinformation of Swedish law, which others may not be aware of.
