My friend and I did the 2024 Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. I used Bucket List Events for the first time after finding them online while researching the trip. The entire process from invoicing, to individual selections for our play, and the onsite support was superior. The communications leading up to the event were very clear and I knew what to expect and where I needed to be at what time. Ben and the team were very professional, friendly and highly organized. Everything ran on time and smoothly. While there were a LOT of people in our tour group, it felt like an intimate group with the level of service and support. They made sure everyone got where they needed to go, and didn't sacrifice timing if others were running late (I believe some of their staff would stay behind and helped the tardy people get there without making the rest of us wait). For parade day, they walked our group to the restaurant which was entirely reserved for the BucketList group throughout the parade. The venue (Jams) had excellent food and service. We met fantastic new people at our table and had easy access to the the sidewalk to watch the parade throughout the morning. It was nice to be able to go inside whenever we wanted to grab a hot drink, more food or use the restroom. The BucketList team walked around the entire time, chatted with everyone, made sure they were satisfied, etc. Later in the day the BLE team walked us over to the Rockette's show to make sure we got there ok (even though it was literally down the street - we could see the sign from our hotel). It was a nice touch. We were 8th row and we looked around and saw so many of our new friends we met earlier in the day at the restaurant. Great seats!The BLE team selected excellent seats for us for our selected play as well which was AMAZING. The team also gave us great suggestions for restaurants and other things to see in the city that weekend.I've traveled a lot in my life both professionally and personally and have used group tour travel companies before but most of my trips I have organized myself. Not only was Bucket List Events the best I've used, but it was so nice to not have to research or plan anything - they did it all. I just followed the agenda and had the most stress free trip.
