I find it concerning that the service appears to use staff to write reviews and present them as clients. I noticed a review on social media that seemed genuine but later discovered the reviewer was actually a staff member. Despite my complaints, this hasn't been addressed. I've reported this issue, as it feels misleading and not reflective of true client experiences.
