First and last purchase from this site. Ordered an item November 30 that was advertised as shipping from the United States. Waited about a week with no shipping info, reached out and was told it was shipping from China instead. It is now Dec 20 and I still have not received it. Customer service would not cancel the order, after falsely advertising it was shipping from the US and I'd receive it in 5-7 business days. Not to mention the item was shipped from China a week after my purchase date, without any email or communication that it was being sent from China until I reached out.
