From Jenna in sales, to Michelle who arranged installation and delivery, to the wonderful Igor who built the cabin for us, it was a totally stress-free experience. The team were available at all times. We were given as many quotes as we requested for different sizes and specifications, nothing was too much trouble. When we received dates for delivery and installation, everything was straightforward and went to schedule. A big shout out to Igor, who single-handedly built the cabin himself, from start to finish. We were amazed at his work ethic and drive. He is the ultimate "gentle giant". He got stuck into the job and hardly seemed to stop. Every company should have an Igor! The quality of his workmanship is outstanding. We hardly knew he was on-site, he left the place immaculate each day. We are extremely satisfied with the total mycabin experience and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anybody, who is considering adding an extra space to the family home.
