Advertised as a US-based company; however, the shipping information for my order indicates that it is coming from a different country.I placed my order on May 5th and, as of today, May 28th, I have neither received the product nor a refund. Furthermore, customer service seems to be non-existent. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email, and the only response I receive is the same generic message.This leads me to believe that all reviews about how well this product is are lies. The one person I know who actually received the ring said it was plastic and not metal. This company is a scam
