When I ordered the Calmi Ring the only one that they showed that was available was gold. After I ordered it I started getting emails from Calmi showing silver rings. Before I received my order, on 5/1/25 I asked if I could exchange the gold ring with the silver one. No response. I sent another message asking about the exchange on 5/8/25. No response. I resent my message on 5/13/25 as well as notifying them that I have been double billed. No Response.
