Placed an order for Mothers Day. Ordered with ample time for delivery. Got an email saying items shipped, but as we tracked the shipment, there was no movement. We reached out and we were given a response that there was an issue with the carrier and multiple parcels. A week later we received a new email saying the item has been found and we can now track the shipment (which now shows the item was picked up from the warehouse). So was the item ever shipped or not? So much for Mothers Day gifts. Now we look like bums who forgot our friends and family. Thanks!
