Tracking number given almost immediately. However, they kept sending emails informing they are preparing my package and asking me to add more products. After 1-2 days of feeling uneasy, I emailed them for a refund. Suddenly, the package has been sent out. However from the day I paid, the tracking has never changed even after giving 1-2 days after the email stated ‘package has been sent out’. And now, no more email from them. This website/company is a fraud. 1st bad experience from shopping online. If you are able to report to your authority, please do so as the number of fraud has risen since I decided to check on them after my purchase.
