I order a set of two rings. Received them and immediately started wearing one. Within a few weeks the magnets started falling out. After two had fallen out, I reached out to customer service letting them know what had happened. They immediately responded and asked for pictures verifying my claim. I provided them to which they quickly replied that they would send me a replacement and provide the tracking number once it shipped. It has been 3 weeks since that last correspondence. No tracking number, no replacement. I have emailed twice asking for the tracking number with no response.
