I’m currently in the process of trying to get a refund but they want me to post the ring back to France, I’ve asked for a prepaid label because return should not be at my cost. The ring is not as adverted or of satisfactory quality for the cost. The ring that arrived looks the same as the £4 ones on eBay. I decided to spend £30 on calmi because reviews said it must say calmi plus the ring looks better. The ring that arrived only one magnet each side not two and doesn’t have calmi logo. I would not buy again, they are cheap rings being shipped out. I wish I could load photos to this so you can see the differences, come on calmi improve your product and service.
