Questionable customer service. It sounds great but I think it might be AI and never solved the problem! I ordered 2 rings and the magnets fell out of the silver one after a week. I sent them a message and they responded very quickly saying that they would send a replacement and tracking info would be sent shortly. I never got tracking info and continued to emailed once a week asking about it for a month and a half with no response at all. There are no phone numbers to call the company and so I got nowhere. Sad because I would love to recommend this company but I think customer service is a very important part of running a successful business.
