I was looking forward to trying this ring. Got my ring and within the first few weeks lost one magnet. Reached out right away, got an email response asking for pictures showing the damage. Did that. Got another message apologizing and stating a replacement would be issued right away and should get an email response with a tracking number. This was back in early March, we are now April. I have followed up three times now via email. Responded to the email I got and sent out another new request as I felt I was being ignored. I have no replacement and no email, so now all I have on my finger is metal in the shape of a ring because since my initial email, I’ve lost the other magnets.Very disappointed as I had high hopes for this and the lack of GAF that they have for something they sold and that isn’t working as they promise it will is very frustrating.
