I ordered 2 rings Dec 13th. The shipping never updated. I reached out and I kept getting a canned response to be patient and that it was still in transit. I emailed Jan 3rd and they sent a response that something went wrong and were reshipping - I was suppose to get a tracking number within 24 hours - still nothing. I have reached out multiple times with no response. I tried calling. But number is busy 24/7. I am currently trying to get my money back - this has caused me so much anxiety!!!!
