Ordered at the end of November, tracking showed out for delivery on Dec 14 then showed unable to deliver on Dec 15, despite me being home all day. Spent the next several weeks chasing the courier for an update (tracking stated they would attempt to deliver again in 24-48 hours) then Jan 3 received email from courier stating package is lost and to reach out to vendor. Emailed MyCalmi but didn't receive a response, followed up again yesterday and still waiting. Currently out of pocket over $100 CAD, and not very happy. Anyone any idea how I go about getting my money back?
