I purchased this ring for my husband as a gift. I received the ring 2 weeks after I purchased it. When I opened the package, I realized the ring is a lot smaller and less substantial than I thought. Even though the size is adjustable, there was no way it was going to fit on my husband’s finger. I emailed the company to start the return process and was given a shipping address in China. I was to ship the ring back there, wait 4-5 business days for them to inspect the ring then I might receive a refund. Needless to say, the cost to ship to China, plus the long wait will not be worth the return.
