Awful experience - Brought my ring a few months ago and after wearing it for a month the ring had left and indent of red cracked and blistered skin in the exact thickness alway round my ringer (except at the pack where there’s a gap in the ring. I reached out with images to the customer service email and was getting no response. I completed a contact form online twice and the only response I received was offering an exchange but not addressing the issue. I continued to email will more images asking for a full refund. After a few more days I received a partial refund and no further response. I followed up asking for the rest of the refund (what I paid in total) and they did not response. It’s been weeks now, the red indent around my finger has started to heal but left a faint outline of the ring, there has been no response from the customer service.Would avoid at all cost! Hadn’t got any of the benefits from wearing the ring (sleep didn’t improve, now take melatonin and magnesium supplements instead) and my weight actually increased without making any other changes to my diet or lifestyle. Can’t say it’s down to the ring but certainly didn’t do any of what it was advertised to do and scarred my finger. But the worst part is the incredibly poor customer service, was completely shocked by this.
