I placed two orders for the Calmi ring: one in May and one in April this year. Both rings were delivered without issue, and I was initially pleased with the purchase.However, after only a few weeks of regular wear, the magnets in both rings began to fall out. Today one ring has just a single magnet remaining, and the other has none at all. I find this quite concerning, especially as the product is advertised as being durable and suitable for everyday wear.Unfortunately, I’m now left with two expensive pieces of metal that are no longer functional and, quite frankly, not very appealing without the magnets and with scratches all over.I have reached out to customer service, but received no reply.Safe your money, dont buy it!
