On January 11, 2025 I ordered a Calmi Ring and was hoping to try it for sleeping disorder. Approximately 10-14 days later I received a Calmi box with no ring inside. After several communications with the Company I was asked for a photo of the empty box which I did. Today, March 6, after about a dozens emails I haven't heard back from the Company. It's unfortunate that the Company does not follow up to what was a mistake, empty box. They were fast to take the payment but not so fast to ensure the merchandise was delivered to the client. I gave them the benefit of doubt by waiting several weeks to see if they would correct their mistakes.
