I purchased 2 bracelets from calmi, my fiance suffers from anxiety and I thought it would be the perfect chrismas gift for him in this case. 2 weeks later it broke so I reached out to calmi customer care who said they would send a replacement but if this was to happens again I would receive a full refund . Week in a half later the replacement broke . I reached out again and requested to do the refund, but instead to ignore my emails and just sent me another replacement. When I received the replacement , I reached out again and said I wanted to send it back along with the others back if they felt I was dishonest . No response from calmi. During this time again ...the replacement broke at this point am confused of why there product is not holding up and why are there not responding . I sent another email stating how disappointed I was in their product and customer service , and still I have not heard back .3 replacement was sent and all 3 replacement broke .
