Missing / Lost Orders

I ordered two Calmi rings as Christmas gifts, allowing a month for delivery. I purchased shipping insurance, but my package was lost for weeks. Customer service apologized and said they were working on it, but I received no updates. After requesting a refund and no response, I forwarded an email from a rep promising a refund if the package didn’t arrive by Christmas. They refunded my order but deducted the insurance cost and offered no explanation for my missing package, which has now been lost for 1.5 months.
