The delivery of the laptop has been utterly chaotic and as of writing this review, I have still not received the laptop. I think this service is utterly unacceptable. I took a whole day off work to receive it and the driver took it the door next to mine but didn't even attempt to leave it with my neighbours as per my instructions. He just took a photo of the wrong door and drove off. Neither the delivery company (DPD) nor My Cheap Laptop have helped me to receive the laptop. I will never use this company or DPD again.It's true that this issue is related directly to the delivery, however, My Cheap Laptop chose to work with DPD so they must carry some of the responsibility as I didn't enter into an agreement with DPD, I entered into an agreement with My Cheap Laptop.
