I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I received an incomplete order -the bed was delivered without the foot end, which is not what I ordered or paid for. For more than four months,I have been chasing a resolution. During this time, we have exchanged multiple emails and phone calls. On several occasions, I was clearly assured that the missing part would be delivered , yet it has never arrived. Most recently, I was assured that the foot end would be delivered this week, it was not. I asked for a tracking number or delivery reference to confirm dispatch but my request was ignored AGAIN!The repeated assurances followed by no action have left me feeling misled and very frustrated . The level of communication and lack of accountability has been unacceptable . After months of unfulfilled commitments, I have completely lost confidence in the company!I have formaly asked for a refund so that I can purchase from another supplier but my request was ignored!I would strongly advice others to avoid buying from this company!!!
