They even stated that the order will be delivered next week in an email dated the 01/12/25 but no delivery was made.Requested a full refund 09/12/25 and again on the 22/12/25 by email plus I also requested a refund over the phone 19/12/25 all these requests have been completely ignored to the point where I have now contacted the credit card company to retrieve the funds on my behalf. Date of order 11/11/25 Order reference #4546 £792 Ollie white triple bunk bed. Still no refund or emails 31/12/25.
