I needed to rent a car while I was in Kolkata, on vacation. They require you to upload multiple identification documents to confirm the booking. I was only carrying my driver's licence but they wanted the Aadhar card as well. In the end the booking was made on my cousin's name because he was carrying both documents.I recieved an email confirming my booking at 9.47 pm when I had requested drop off at 10.30 pm. The car was over half an hour late. I am, in fact, still waiting for the car. Terrible service. And they have already taken the payment as well as the deposit. Thoroughly unprofessional service, mychoize. I have never been this disappointed with a car service
