1. When you say that the prices of the vehicles are high on weekend, it should have been clearly explained in the break down which was sent to me after booking. Instead it read the total amount.2. The assistance which was provided during my booking period is highly unsatisfactory. When a customer is complaining of issues on the vehicle, immediate replacement of the vehicle should have been considered, be it weekday or weekend. Your customer travel plan's are not going to change if your vehicle is down.3. It doesn't seem from any angle that your company is a customer centric company, as you put your customer into inconvenience all the time, be it booking, travel or refund. I didn't find any of the processes to be smooth.4. Instead of providing inconvenience to your customer, you proudly acclaim the charges of GST, collection charges, high weekend charges. Just to keep you posted that your representative Rahul Dangi has assured that we will just be charged with 3610/- and nothing else.5. You should have someone taking the responsibility of the horrible experience that you have been providing and speak to your dissatisifed customers and understand their concerns. Do not just go ahead and loot your customers.You do not stand to your assurance and do not uphold to your customer service promise as well. It was a highly DISGUSTING experience.
