Horrible experience trying to redeem my Microsoft Office program. No one to talk to just a big high tech nightmare. What are you doing trying to drive away business? The high tech nerds need to get out in the world to experience how actual human beings operate. Sorry for all the fraud you're trying to prevent but my god there's got to be a better way. I can't even see my old orders. They don't recognize my sign on user name and password. You took my money easy enough but I'm refusing to do business with a company that won't even talk over the phone.
