No broker or IFA in their right mind would work over WhatsApp. It's totally against FCA regulation, see someone face to face. It's most likely the people that created the website trying to scam you a second time by 'helping' you get your money back. Especially with the broken English, even if English is not your first language it is not hard to get a spellcheck for your grammar.
