PHONE HOUSE BIG SCAM WATCH EVERY.
They are the biggest scam companies out here right now with their different names LIKE PHONE HOUSE OR FONE HOUSE . The both company agents calling me one after other trying to get my information bank info but I don’t gave them any information and I tried to tell them I had to think about it and then another agent called them another one called please advise you all my lovely people please don’t give them any information about your bank account please.
Because same like this happened to me about 2 years ago exact same thing and they did SCAM me one iPhone and other smartwatch.
First thing they did sent me a parcel for iPhone because I was ordered a pro max then I had to send them back and they said you need a refund the parcel because I was on work then they picked up from the house (like a pickup service) and then they sent me a smartwatch and again it was a wrong order and I had to sent it back too and they used the exact same thing pick up service and after I was waiting for my order but never received it after a week I got a letter from Vodafone contacted iPhone and smartwatch and I have to phone them back I don’t have any contracts with Vodafone.
Then I had to contact with my bank and cancel the contract on my name and complain to fraud department and clear my name.
NOW THIS TIME I WAS 100% SURE THEY WOULD BE A SCAMMER AND JUST SAY NO AND BIG NO
Totally con ! Sold my i phone 13 pro max to them for £231 ! Then sent a e mail saying got 3 days to reply only going to give me £30 I didn’t see e mail saying something wrong inside ! Phone was in good working order I didn’t see the mail don’t use them
This company has been incredibly frustrating! They promised my phone would be delivered, but it never arrived. They took my deposit and additional funds, and the staff was very rude. Communication was difficult, as English was a second language for both sides. I called numerous times but couldn't get through. When I finally did, they asked me to spell my name, which highlighted the language barrier. I inquired about my phone's delivery, and they promised to connect me with the seller, but then I got disconnected. I left many voicemails, yet no one returned my calls. Their rudeness continued, and despite my attempts to reach out via messaging, it has become unbearable. I feel like I've been robbed of my deposit, and my card has been compromised since this ordeal, requiring a replacement. I plan to pursue a refund, though I'm not optimistic. I strongly recommend avoiding this company; I've never encountered such a dreadful business experience!

This is a scamming company. I spent a long time speaking to someone who struggled with English and had to repeat myself multiple times. They then switched to messaging. They claimed I could have the phone, but first, I needed to send them £50. They sent the wrong phone on purpose, and when I tried to return it for a refund, they asked for the £50 again. After I complied, they cut off all contact. Do not engage with this company!
