No one seems to know what they’re doing. I am seriously disappointed. I made a phone call earlier in the week telling them they need to contact PayPal to refund me for something I didn’t need and they’re insisting that I need to dispute it myself if I dispute it myself, if I dispute it myself, I’m going to end up having to get a refund for the total amount that I paid. They need competent people working in their billing department that actually followed directions and know what they’re doing . PayPal said the issue lies on their end and for them to call, however They expect me to do their job. Unbelievable try to find another company to handle setting up your company I am very disappointed.
