For a company that prides itself on "customer service", my experience was pretty dire.I had the misfortune to speak to "Tracy", who was panting down the phone as if she'd just run a mile and then as I was speaking to her decided she wanted to talk to someone else around her saying "oh Hi, my names Tracy" FYI Tracy, whispering to other people doesn't mean I can't still hear you! So rude and completed disinterested! Started banging on about "publication fees" but not the courtesy to explain what these are.Dreadful dreadful dreadful, I'm going to look at Legal Zoom or just go directly to the security of state.
