My wife purchased a crafting kit during a Black Friday deal for £27 as a Christmas present for her mother, but what arrived was more like a basic craft set for a young child. We checked prices at a local store, and the entire kit would only cost about £9. The quality of the kit was extremely disappointing, and although my wife thought she might be able to give some items to our 8-year-old daughter, it was still a letdown. Additionally, she unknowingly signed up for a subscription, which they were going to charge her for two weeks later. When we questioned them, they claimed they couldn't stop the subscription or cancel the payment, even though the payment date was approaching. After further challenges, they did stop the payment but refused to accept the inferior crafting kit back. Dealing with this company was absolutely unacceptable.
