I received one box and was taken aback by the poor quality. Then, without any prior notice, they attempted to charge me for a subscription I don’t recall signing up for. If a payment is necessary, they should notify me before processing it, rather than just taking the money. I'm disputing the transaction with my bank. Their tactics seem very questionable, and the product quality is so poor that I doubt I will use it.
