It's a scam; they will quietly enroll you in a subscription without making it clear. Then, they will withdraw £50 from your account about a month later for a box of junk you could find in a discount store. If you attempt to cancel, they'll say they can do so but can't stop the box from being sent as it's 'being processed.' You will have to pay to return it, but only to their overseas warehouse, which is quite expensive. The box will arrive regardless, and it clearly didn't come from overseas based on delivery speed. They refuse to provide a UK return address, and their customer care team is evasive. I’m not just disappointed; I’m furious! This company is not UK-based but claims to operate from elsewhere, yet even in those locations, returns must go to a distant location. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.
