This experience has brought so much joy to my life. The staff was able to find many lost relatives that I have been searching what happened to them. I wrote pages of questions I had and what information I possessed. Methodically, most questions were answered and backed up with documention which was translated in English. There were brick walls that were found but am satisfied that everything was done. Also, we had a recording from my Great Uncle Otto who emigrated to the US in 1916 and the staff was able to be translated and transcribed. To my delight the stories were summarized.
