Terrible, with a string of unfortunate events that left me mobileless I was unable to call up to my appointment to let them know I was unable to even make it being stuck. It was not reasonable to remove me from the clinic and I think personally they need to grow the heck up and realise people have issues.I personally suffer from ADHD, autism and other issues. Yet just because I've missed two appointments not in order either they removed me from the clinic personally, if I see one of em it will be the last thing they are
