I was beyond frustrated, had spent hours troubleshooting, emailing, making a video, couldn't get video to go through in the 3 ways the rep suggested, was waiting for a label to send the unit back...decided to try a phone call. Yes, got one rep, was told to hold for transfer...and the call dropped!!! I decided to try one more call. My hero. I mean Tony, answered my call. I was finished and wanted a label to return the unit. Tony was very calm and encouraged me to unpack the unit again and try to turn it on. I told him I have been through that many times without success. At one point, Tony told me the BOTTOM button was the power button. I felt very stupid...until I looked at the booklet AFTER I hung up! Your booklet is incorrect! I did what it said so no wonder it didn't work!Without Tony, I would have returned it! Way to go, Tony! You made me feel like a valued customer and saved the day! You restored my confidence in the product! Thank you!
