This has been the worst experience ever! I do no recommend at all! I’ve had the worst experience. I very recently placed an order online and while I was going through the checkout process it advertised that I could upgrade my device for less than $100. Ok cool, it looked worth it. So I do the upgrade then shortly after see the charge go through my bank for almost $300. More than what it said online. So I call the company and tell the lady since I just ordered less than an hour ago definitely before it shipped I’d like to not get the pro and downgrade it back to the original due to cost not being what it was advertised. She informed me that they can’t do refunds but would include some facial cream with the order to offset the issue. Two days later I get home from being out of town and am going through and unpacking my bathroom as I’ve recently moved and discovered I have already ordered their products in the past. I have the device and about 10 different tubes and creams that work with the device. So I call the company again and tell them I already own the product and request a refund. The lady tells me they can’t only offer a 30% refund. She then puts me on hold for a while and comes back and tells me she spoke with her boss and they are going to do the 30% refund, which is around $80 and I can keep the product when it arrives. I told her I’d rather had a full refund and return the product. She said they don’t offer full refunds. Thoroughly disappointed and do not recommend this company at all. RUN!!!
