I have tried to cancel this order within an hour of seeing the charges that I was not expecting on my bank account I was told that it was already being processed and again an hour after being ordered. I was then told I would get a $97 credit but it could take up to 30 days. Now I have an additional charge on my bank account for $50.42. The device came yesterday and does not say anything about the arms which is what I had bought it for only the neck. It also does not seem to be the upgraded version that I have been charged for. I am so frustrated at this point and would prefer to send the whole thing back and get all of my money returned to me. I have already disputed this with my bank.
