There was no product sent, despite what the "employees" referenced. It took me about 10 emails to get them to cancel, including the usual bargaining they offer with more time, lower cost, etc. The emails were prompt and their tone was pleasant. I was assured that the account was cancelled. Meanwhile, I had already disconnected the PayPal payment and was ready to contact them for this dispute. Hopefully will not need to.
