Just received emails from this company referring to my previous BMW's. Having never signed a contract with the company I am a little surprised to find emails stating they cannot progress my claims???They also attached two links, a termination brief and FAQ. I haven't opened them as I suspect phishing. Why FAQ be a "secure" link?
