Avoid this company at all costs, they’ve been dealing with my claim for over two years. Then confirm it’s gone to court & I should be getting a pay out, to then receive an email stating my claim has been closed because my car wasn’t a diesel when it clearly was & they have all the documentation to prove it. They won’t answer my numerous emails & phone calls I have sent. Then send a letter dated July but didn’t receive until December stating case closed as not a diesel car. Clearly stolen my money
