They kept sending me emails, then one saying they would take 50% of claim , when it was originally 35%, which started making me think it was a scam. I had already filled some of the survey out, checked on trust pilot and changed my mind , but the survey wouldn't let me delete the info I had already put in, I kept trying to delete and then it just came up with submitted, so I didn't agree to it, should this have happened?
