OMG! This is horrendous!! What have we got ourselves into?? I've previously left my review and since then I've been desperately trying to get hold of them, you have to get a confirmation email or letter from them that your claim has been cancelled, before you can take on someone else, to avoid 2 bills, these people are crooks, the deadline is only 2 weeks now, please post if anyone has any luck getting hold of them and how they did it, but I won't hold my breath, I think we should all be rather worried on the outcome of this!!
