I'm starting too suspect this company is one big fraud. Over 2 years into claim still asking for info, latest being prove what euro status van is. Anyone can look that up. And now told I may have to pay legal costs if I don't comply. How do we know they haven't received payments and just kept them. Trading standards and police will hopefully take notice.
