Very hard to rate as I don't honestly know what's going on.Filed two claims for two separate vehicles. Filled in the questionnaires that were subsequently sent, then all I have had are emails saying to fill the questionnaires in. When I try to do this, I am told that I have already completed them, yet I still get asked to fill them in - basically the same thing that seems to be happening to everyone else.So, I don't know. Have they added me to the group claim or not? No idea at all. If they have then happy days, but if not, then not good. You can only sign up with one firm so people need to know if they've been taken on or not.
