Absoloute waste of time. Auto chat feature pointless and redirects you to the main web site which is even more pointless if your looking for information or answers. No replies to emails and apparently having a chat box in place is to replace all the staff as there is no one there to answer the phone. Been waiting months for this pointless company to actualy respond, so canceled and went to a professional company and after two weeks we are moving forward. There are a lot of companies out there to help with this issue, just DO NOT use this one!!!
