I too had an email from my diesel claim saying that they had made a mistake on their legal binding contract form I signed last yearThey told me that I had 11 days to object or they would take it that I agreed to their new terms of increasing their rate from 35% to 50%! I contacted my Solicitor to ask for advice, they told me that what I originally signed was a contract and it is irrevocable. Do not fall for their mistakes, take legal advice like I did. Stand firm.Disgraceful!!
