The organization throughout has been great and Ruby has been really happy for her 2 week stay. We found it a wrench leaving her but she trotted off very happily, looked happy on all the feedback video and photos and was pleased to see us on pick up but clearly missed Beth, the trainer! Progress was gradual but was definitely there. Beth thoroughly took us through what they had been doing and coached us on how to maintain progress, and she made it clear we her as a resource for any issues or further questions.We are VERY grateful to Beth for the progress, the reassurance and feedback across all of the 2 weeks and for the follow up written guidance.
